I found there is issue #3702, which asks for providing an integrated plugin with `piper` and `whisper`. Do you want all of them (piper, whisper, and chatts) together?
Okay, then I will focus on having piper+chattts.
I want to check the use scenario. Do you still want piper + chattts?
Perhaps we should use a workaround, such as starting these two services in separate processes. Closing this, as we are not available to build this customized plugin.

All blockers are fixed now, and I am going to create a demo for crun+wasi-nn plugin next week.
