It is definitely this plugin. I have no others which do markdown formatting and when I installed this one today, the same started happening to me. The main issue here...

There is also an issue with numbered lists, which under circumstances can suddenly become unordered lists, when the cleaning happens.

@slang800 - Sorry, it was some time ago, I don't know anymore what was the exact command I used. I'd guess however, that I didn't use any of Pandoc's extensions...

There seems to be something wrong with the naming of files and directories. There is a file named `configure` but also a directory named the same. They're in separate folders,...
