There is no output in preview window if current file is a python file

I found if the current file is a *.py file and I run the asyncrun to grep something there is no output in preview window. 

Could I know if there is any command to dump the configurations of all the virtual hosts? I know Nginx can do it with "nginx -T". Thanks
