[BUG]安卓读屏无法直接触摸获取评论内容焦点，升级渲染评论工具 giscus。

在安卓上通过屏幕阅读器浏览评论内容时，在评论数有些多的情况下，无法通过直接触摸的方式获取内容的焦点。 我注意到 pracitce.rs 的评论界面与本书的有些不同，而且虽然还有其它问题，但解决了这个问题。 是否可以升级一下 giscus 的版本。

在翻译悬浮窗内容时，翻译的结果里经常出现类似 ` `、`"` 这样的字符实体代码，查看 Comment Translate 的输出发现，原文中的符号就已经被替换掉了。 这样做的原因也许是 vs code 显示时的需要，但这个转换应该在翻译后进行。 我不清楚该如何解决 vs code 带来的问题，希望有方法可以解决。
