[feature request] add pre-calculating latent / text encoder outputs

you may want to find it [here](https://github.com/modelscope/DiffSynth-Studio/blob/main/examples/qwen_image/model_training/lora/Qwen-Image-Splited.sh). I’m not sure about other models, but for Qwen, it significantly helps reduce VRAM usage.
