i found another workaround it doesn't require patched glfw just set these environment variables : __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=mesa MESA_LOADER_DRIVER_OVERRIDE=zink GALLIUM_DRIVER=zink it runs minecraft via zink also i think you need mesa installed...

as of nvidia 555 all versions work perfectly for me, forgot about this thread completely
