Update Stored HLA Database

The multiple sequence alignments in the data folder are almost 2 years old. Since then, many new alleles have been discovered and recorded in IMGT/HLA and existing alleles have been renamed or improved. The alleles contained in xHLA should be updated to release 3.29.0.

Hi @tanghaibao , the xHLA run great, however I also want to check if the updated database from IMGT can lead to different typing result. Could you please help showing me how to update the database of xHLA? Thank you very much
