Use 7-zip to extract the archives

Try the pre-lease version: https://github.com/Jessecar96/SteamDesktopAuthenticator/releases/tag/1.0.14 Worked for me.

It seems that it does not use the root user of mariadb so you should probably create the database and a local user first.

Same problem with RPi 3 B and compiled for Raspios Bullseye arm64
