Message "ErrNo 0, The operation completed successfully" printed on an error sounds weird. I corrected the error reporting. Now it should print a proper message. Let's see if it helps.
Please test with the latest testing version (r2329) and post new error messages.
What was your previous version? There were no recent changes which could affect download speed.
Maybe you test with different nzbs? There were really no significant changes between r2322 and 21.1-stable. What OS you run nzbget on? Do you install nzbget using installer from NZBGet...
