Echoing what @aldy505 suggested, what is displayed in your browser's network tab? Are there any errors that are popping up in logs?

I think this may be an issue from your proxy settings then. I'm not very familiar with your setup but I would look into that

Are there any logs in your nginx container indicating that the envelope containing the error has been received? What about logs in your web container?

I am unable to reproduce this on my side. Can you check your .env file to ensure that you are using the 24.2.0 sentry images?
