Yes, F-UJI rather trusts the content type claimed by the server. I also think the content is delivered as binary for the jsonld extension is this correct?

OK I see, the server **should** respond the correct mime type but now I added some kind of preferred mime type handling which also checks for JSON content in case...

Imo, the method should be renamed, since this will not always return a list of DOI, some datasets are not registered at DataCite so they just have a regular URI....
Yes there are datasets which do not have a valid doi. Eg when doi registration is still in progress https://doi.pangaea.de/10.1594/PANGAEA.981869 (DOI registration in progress)
