Cannot find source code for tft35a-overlay.dtb

I was looking for source code for 3.5" LCD Driver, which seems to be tft35a-overlay.dtb, but I could not locate the source code. Is this fully open source project?

Will this work with RTC?

DS3231 in the following repository is using a different strategy to initialize i2c bus. https://github.com/nopnop2002/esp-idf-ds3231 We can't initialize i2c bus twice, am I right? Do we need to configure anything...
