Redmine 4.0 になって Sidekiq 経由でメール送信をするようになった。 ``` Sidekiq::RetrySet.new ``` で送信失敗なジョブを取り出せるので、redmine の範囲内のものはこれで頑張ることができます。範囲外で失敗したものは `Mailer#issue_add` か `Mailer#issue_edit` メソッドをもう一度呼べばできそうです。
