We can easily normalize that with https://github.com/rubygems/rubygems/blob/master/lib/rubygems/platform.rb#L118. But I'm not sure what breaking impact with this change. Does anyone survey that?

@deivid-rodriguez I prepared and pushed `rubygems-server` privately. It may contained `Fixed` feature in its commit comment.

@deivid-rodriguez Yes, The current default-gems was inconsistency behavior.

@deivid-rodriguez Sorry, I didn't understand that your expected behavior. Did you hope to finish `gem pristine json`?
