Query About Creating Volumes Without Services in Docker Compose v2

Note that this also affects the situation when I no longer have any services in the compose file and I want to clean up any leftover containers with `docker compose...

erl -man <module name> doesn't work

This seems to be fixed in 4468afe892d41ab8963de2e064048027d9dff9e3 by pulling in [kerl 4.1.1](https://github.com/kerl/kerl/releases/tag/4.1.1).

Could not compile daisyUI plugin with tailwindcss
