默认 indicator.indicatorPosition = .bottom 是显示在底部的，但是在导航栏设置 indicator ，不显示。  但是 如果 设置 indicator.indicatorPosition = .top，会显示在顶部，这个是什么原因呢？ 
将 WMPlayer 文件夹拖到我自己的项目中，按照 readme 中配置之后，进行编译，WNPlayerDecoder.m 文件报错 'libavformat/avformat.h' file not found。 请问这是什么原因？
