You probably need to rebuild ndctl due to a change to libuuid.

This is the wrong place to report. ndctl is not responsible for kernel crashes, kernel is. Also it should be fixed with current kernel versions (such as 5.15).

don't try to reconfig a inactive/destroyed namespace

Please test v72 or later

'ndctl check-namespace all' should skip destroyed namespaces
