Flag icons set does not contain all country flags, for example [Cook Islands flag](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_the_Cook_Islands) and [British Virgin Islands flag](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_the_British_Virgin_Islands) are missing.
