Try the latest update from the author, 7a9f2c00280e206339d0f054216570429be640f4 They have updated the wider2kitti.py file which was not writing the files to the disk and was not even raising an exception...

Just use the dataset that I have shared on google drive. See my other comments etc, it has 4000 masked and 4000 non-masked
