Hi all, I am sorry that in past months, i have no time to further curate subsystem used for our model and maps. But I will try to update it...

Can we compare it with the general yield of NADH, NADPH and ATP? If they very much, I think we can fix it.

@BenjaSanchez We don't do this work now. @feiranl Can you find the related data? I remember that you have written the codes to do such kind of analysis.

@BenjaSanchez Hi Ben, I agree that r_4308 should be removed.

Some generic reactions can be changed into more detailed reactions if we know the detailed functions of the enzymes. So be careful when we delete some generic reactions.

This is a good idea. It should be also noted that the reaction is mainly found based on sequence, not by EC number as one EC number could be mapped...

I just checked EC number for each reaction in yeast-GEM. Most reactions have one unique EC number. About 490 reactions have multiple EC number. It will be wonderful to have...

For this issue, I suggest the protein compartment annotation from SGD (https://www.yeastgenome.org/) is used. In general, the protein compartment in the yeast-GEM should be curated in detail besides amino acid...

Thanks for your help! I find the Text Analytics toolbox. I will try it again after uninstall it.
