I have this same issue on 6.19.2. I'm not using a service worker. Setting `token_renew_mode` to `access_token_invalid` does not limit the amount of requests.

It seems that @sharjeel-jan is using Azure AD or similar as an IDP. You might wanna ensure that the redirect uris configured for your frontends client id have been configured...
