What does your folder & track settings state is the file name format? It looks like you've only got the track number being used.

I just cannot get this plugin to appear in the dock. The logs simply say: Module '../../obs-plugins/64bit/obs-multi-rtmp.dll' not loaded I've reinstalaled obs, cleared all settings, re-installed but no joy.
