他言語からライブラリ利用する場合、librlogが出すエラーメッセージを他言語の例外メッセージにしたい、などという状況が考えられます。 ライブラリからはエラーコードを返した上でlibrlog.hにエラーメッセージを定数定義する、というのも一案だと思います。一般的にどうするのが良いんでしょうね…。
