We have discussed with @niemyjski that it would be nice to have possibility to have a direct link for filtering tags. For example: https://be.exceptionless.io/dashboard?tags=Prod

I can see that the issue is not closed yet, so the question is, is the mutator still the preferred way of adding field to the header?

Seems this commit is merged. Could you please close the ticket and publish new version to the Nuget?
