The meaning of each column in scde results.

Hello,

First of all thank you for developing this tool. I have a question regarding the output table of scde. I can understand the columns related to Z score and corrected Z score. My question is where I can find the fold change. Is it the "mle" column? Is it in the log scale? what is the meaning of "lb" , "ub" and "ce" columns?

I would be grateful if you can clarify this for me. Best
