CH Core Practitioner EPR: GLN identifier cardinality
CHCorePractitionerEPR.identifier:GLN is 1..1.
In the HPD, an individual provider can have multiple GLN identifiers: hcIdentifier is multivalued, and the description says:
Es wird geprüft, ob es mindestens einen Wert im Attribut hcIdentifier gibt, der mit "RefData:GLN:" beginnt.
To use CHCorePractitionerEPR in the mHealth integration of mCSD, the GLN identifier should be multivalued too.
Telco 21.6:
Do we have a usecase that we more than one GLN for a Practitioner? The specification change from single valued in 2017, to multivalued in 2020. In current EPR implementation one GLN per HPD individual is assumed in implementations.
We will ask for background in AG TSI/eHealth Suisse for additional information.
The mulitivalued change came from an HPD CP proposal, not related to the Swiss EPR.
