This was answered in the original fast-planner or ego-planner github, I don't remember exactly, they said ,YES, you setup the Box heigh to 0 or a few centimetres, and you will need make the interpreter between the waypoints generator and the FCU firmware if you use one or whatever you use to interface your motors /navigation system
