GratisDNS has been shutdown so I guess this issue can be closed.
It should write an error if the application couldn't be found.
Just to be sure that I understand you correctly: The issue you describe above is only when you are using `Enter-PSSession`, right?
1. What OS are you running? 2. Could you lookup your Environment Variables in Windows Settings and see if SteamCMD is added to the path there?
