[Feature Request] Web Extensions的实现

VSCode如今可在浏览器端运行，无论 [vscode.dev](https://vscode.dev/)、[github.dev](https://github.dev/) 或是自托管的 [coder-server](https://github.com/cdr/code-server)、[openvscode-server](https://github.com/gitpod-io/openvscode-server/)，传统的拓展无法在浏览器端安装运行，参考[微软文档](https://code.visualstudio.com/api/extension-guides/web-extensions)，希望可以扩展本项目的运行环境。
