I assigned Full refresh to a gesture (Voyage) and it works good. Can you give exact combination of status bar settings when it doesn't work for you.
I've tried before asking, all good. Looks like some combination of indicators/settings is bad.
Can you open these zipped books with ArchiveViewer plugin? It uses the same unzip output.
As we can see, crengine unzips and opens the book well. Problematic unzipping is needed to determine the type of the book only (for css purpose). I think, at least...
Some characters not allowed in the OS filepath, I guess (UTF incorrectly converted by unzip)
