@xilutian 我之前也接触过类似的点云文件，我这边是一些卫星的遥感的点云数据，也是这种一个轴的数据范围非常大，另外两个轴的数据范围非常小，当时是借助CloudCompare 这个工具将数据做了分段切割然后再利用potree做显示的，我不知道分段切割是否能符合你的这个场景，不过你可以调研一下CloudCompare是否能将你的数据“resize”(或者叫归一化，不知道这样说对不对)到一个能够渲染的合理范围内
楼上的大佬提到的PDAL有一个translation的功能，也可以阅读下相关的文档，看看有没有用。
