Excellent script / plugin :+1: Might I make one minor suggestion: Modify `this.on('keyup'`to`this.on('keyup focus'` on [L107](https://github.com/danxexe/sms-counter/blob/master/sms_counter.js#L107) to allow for the count to be updated when pasting text.
