It's not clear how to use it, perhaps adding a tooltip in the UI would make this more clear.

Need to think through the use cases here a bit, since this one seems like it could be useful. Not sure how often this would be needed.

Using a screen reader does list off the add/remove buttons, but the list items never get focused. So it's not clear which tab group is in focus.

Add a "cancel/destroy" prompt before deleting a tab group
