there seems to be a newer build of qjackctl for macos mentioned here: https://github.com/jackaudio/jack2/issues/509#issuecomment-563011134 - but it does seem to not contain midi support as far as i can see...
@vfonov - could you maybe try a different sd card? - the minnie u-boot should in theory work for your device and the fact that it seems to work from...
no real idea then what it could be - you might try the other u-boot.kpart files from the /boot/extra dir - maybe one of them is working better?
did you try all possible options in the menu with the working boot block then?
