[BUG] AV1 videos don't load thumbnails

Next player doesn't load thumbnails for videos in the av1 video codec. It plays the video just fine, but does not load the thumbnail.

Emoji reactions not working

Emoji reactions are not working with Conversations. Seems like Dino has an older version of xep-0444 that's incompatible
