flyway-commandline:11.11.2 was published to Maven Central yesterday, although without any binaries. Was this intentional?

Hi @wsalvaterra-ua, 1.0.2 will be the next version of this project. I added this version to the documentation only in preparation for the release.

🐛 NPM install blocked by biome plugin

This issue will also occur with every execution of `npm ci`. For the VS Code extension, https://github.com/biomejs/biome-vscode/pull/7 seemingly already fixed this issue. Perhaps this could be ported here?
