I have the same issue as @guillaumeboehm. When I restart the clightd service and clight-gui the tabs of the gui aren't grayed out anymore.

@scakemyer do you have any idea about the long cache warm up? I experience that as well from time to time. Didn't have any negative influence though.

I had this issue as well. Im using a Intel NUC and what solved it for me was that I switched the usb port for the external drive.

I mean if the other two ports don't give you a better result it's worth trying the third, isn't it?
