Maestro should delete a pod if it can't start because of PodFitsHostPorts

This check is being done [here](https://github.com/topfreegames/maestro/blob/master/controller/utils.go#L528). Something may have changed on kubernetes and another Message is being returned [here](https://github.com/topfreegames/maestro/blob/master/models/pod.go#L377).

Maestro needs to watch for pods with state!=Running

No. Maestro only watches for not registered pods and pods with different version of current scheduler.
