Hey, I recently updated my arch, recognizing that the sl-laptop module does not work for that new kernel. Is 3.2.12 still the most recent working version?

I think sonata is written in python too, maybe you could look at their code to reduce overhead. Or one could do the "getting artists" in background. At least Ario...

It's just nicer, because you won't have to build a script around it to damonize. I think to do it properly prevents processes to become zombious... "daemon.py &" alone won't...

I think the from-folder to-folder thing is about mapping one to another. A full control of all mappings would be very nice. At least I would propose some "include"-key, used...
