Exported ARM template that includes StorageAccount can't be re-deployed

Having the same issue, works if I removed the "smb" section. Any news for a fix in the backend?

Error grabbing logs: invalid character '\x00' looking for beginning of value

While having the same issue. I use a workaround with`--tail=10` flag (or whatever number you like) to only get the lines after the "invalid" character.
