I've been experimenting with this for a couple of days, and made decent progress, hit a few brick walls here and there but I thought I would give my input/conclusion....

@dskvr No problem, I can change this one, it wasn't clear what nips ids have been reserved so I just went with the next value after the last merged NIP....

@Marcelo-Theodoro Have you come across the interplanetary filesystem? https://ipfs.tech/ Brave currently supports IPFS out the box, other browsers can handle the IPFS protocol with an extension.

I see two sides of the coin here, client data (shared between all users of that client) and user specific client data (not shared between users of the client). @mikedilger...
