Relative file location seems to have issue

The link created like this does not work. `[The PDF Document](pdf/document.pdf)` So if .md file is at `file:///C:/my-md-wiki/README.md`, then the link should point to `file:///C:/my-md-wiki/pdf/document.pdf`, but that is not happening.
