It turns out that Apple pencil's hover is a new thing and mine doesn't support it :(
@LouiseHsu you mentioned that you have the hoverable pencil? Do you wanna take over? Or otherwise I can also buy one.
Tested the demo app from github issue and confirmed it's working. I will do more testing before landing it.
