The feature of DEB_VERSION_UPSTREAM is availabe, if dpkg-dev >= 1.17.15 is available on obs. At least for jessie onwards this should work.

Ah and PySide6 is still not packaged in Debian. So it is not even possible to package any new version for testing/unstable... Hopefully this will fixed soonisch ;)
