can you provide us complete repro steps with sample project, that will make much easier for us to figure out what is going on. "can't resolve import" can be affected...

we should register "Python: Restart Language Server" only when command handler is registered. but the fix should be in python core ext not in pylance.

actually, I think you are talking about line wrapping. just make tooltip window larger if you don't want to see line wrapping.
