Cannot search title with ampersand (&)

If a TV show or movie has an ampersand in its title, no results are shown from MovieDB or TVDB... Example: TV Show listed on TVDB as "Kate & Koji"...

I've had a strange issue recently whereby episodes appear in the wrong order, not following TVDB. Example: Better Late Than Never, Series 2, with 8 episodes All 8 episodes show...
