I find this confusing as well, especially navigating from, for example, a python-specific site to the javascript-equivalent is what I want to do all the time. Can't imagine that usage...
My workaround is to use the `--single-snapshot` parameter. Then I don't have the problem. Not sure about the implications for caching of intermediate layers, but is not relevant for me.
