You have incorrect `GetHashCode` generation. It assumes hash code of an instance of a set, instead of it's elements.

I don't know. It's just you've had "Add _better_ support for delegate arguments" now "Add support for delegate parameters". Or is it in the difference between "arguments" and "parameters"?
