Supporting more types of reddit posts

While the bot can currently read simple link posts from reddit, it would be great if it supported both text posts and comments since those are generally more common on the subreddit.

@Hacksore It will probably only preview the first link to reduce spam and be consistent with the Discord service. However, I might make it configurable later.
