I have added this tid to the jsons in the latest commit, this should fix the issue. Please confirm. Open WumiiboHelper while connected to the internet and it should update...
1. Check if luma is updated. 2. Check whether rehid is forrectly installed. 3. Check if rehidhelper is the latest version.

Hi, did you try to use the "force stop emulation" option from the wumiibo menu. Additionally, does the phone book work for you on n3ds?
